We are looking for a Projects & Process Improvement Engineer at our site in Blackford, Perthshire. This role will work closely alongside Engineering and Manufacturing management to identify and execute reliability improvement projects across our business. Here's what to expect: Manage the delivery of the line improvement plans to drive performance on the production lines in line with the site KPI targets for OEE, line efficiency, conformance to changeovers and line downtime. Manage the delivery phase for each project against the agreed specification and to the agreed timescales and delivery of identified savings or improvements. Work with engineering to create and agree line improvement plans for designated production lines to add value to the Business bottom line by driving performance improvements in line with site KPI’s. Utilise project governance & complete relevant documentation in support of the project and quantify the delivered savings or improvements. What we are looking for: Experience in a similar role within manufacturing; FMCG experience is beneficial but not essential. Project Management in a Manufacturing environment using project management methodologies. Experience working within bottling would be advantageous. Proven experience in managing projects governance, engaging with stakeholders & facilitating end to end projects from concept to delivery.
