Solar Project Manager for Jodhpur Rajasthan The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of renewable energy projects, particularly transmission line and solar field installations. The role requires comprehensive knowledge of the renewable energy industry, excellent management skills, and a strong understanding of project lifecycle management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Overseeing all stages of project lifecycle management, from initiation to closure. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors. Managing project resources, including personnel, materials, and budget. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues. Ensuring all projects adhere to industry safety standards and regulations. Key Responsibility Areas (KRA): Project Planning: Developing detailed project plans and defining project scope and objectives. Resource Management: Efficiently allocating and managing resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel. Risk Management: Proactively identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Communication: Managing communication with all stakeholders, providing regular project updates, and handling any queries or issues. Compliance: Ensuring all projects are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Project Delivery: The number of projects delivered on time, within budget, and within scope. Budget Management: The percentage of projects completed within the assigned budget. Risk Mitigation: The number of risks identified and mitigated successfully before causing any project issues. Stakeholder Satisfaction: Levels of satisfaction among stakeholders, measured through surveys or direct feedback. Safety Compliance: Number of safety incidents or violations. The goal should be zero safety incidents. Requirements: 4 years of experience or equivalent. Track record of achievement and career progression. Ability to travel 25% with short overnight trips. Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down the organization. Experience leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance. Successfully led and managed complex portfolios. Demonstrated success in the Project Management function of a construction firm. Proven success managing subcontractors and developing and executing innovative project changes. Success developing cost to completes, costing and pricing Change Orders, and maximizing profits.
