Project Manager - Human Resources Apply locations Avon, MN time type Full time posted on Posted 2 Days Ago job requisition id R5249 A DAY IN THE LIFE Manages cyclical and non-cyclical HR operating cadence in alignment with the organization's long term objectives and growth. Uses KPIs and performance metrics to ensure efficient and effective HR departmental performance. Partners with the HR Leadership, HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to lead and support HR objectives and documentation of HR processes. Leads moderately complex to complex HR projects (e.g. major area within a HR function, multiple workstreams, technical in nature, moderate/large budget, 6-12 month timeframe). Identifies and provides visibility to project progress, obstacles and challenges. WHAT YOU’LL NEED Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline. Five or more years of progressive human resources, project management, or related experience required. Previous experience leading highly visible HR projects from discovery stages to development and implementation required. Change management and communication skills required. WHAT WILL SET YOU APART Two years of leadership experience preferred. Master’s degree preferred. Experience with SharePoint, Workday, JDE and ServiceNow a plus. SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) credentials preferred.
