We are looking for Leave of Absence Coordinator to support our team by coordinating and supporting our leave of absence cases. As a Trex Leave of Absence Coordinator, you will work closely with employees, supervisors, and HR Business Partners (HRBP) to ensure leaves of absence, particularly those arising under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Parental Leave, and short-term or long-term disability plans are processed accurately and timely. You'll be responsible for understanding the related leave processes and communicating these processes with employees, supervisors, and HRBPs in a manner that is clear and easy to understand. This role is key member of our Human Resources team. RESPONSIBILITIES Advise employees on leave process, eligibility and completing/submitting necessary documentation. Primary point of contact for employees during their leave. Provide technical assistance to managers and HRBPs regarding employee attendance and leaves of absence. Assists in the implementation of procedures to assure accurate and timely employee attendance tracking and reporting activity. Frequently communicate with employees, managers, and HRBPs regarding management of on-going leave cases. Closely monitor all leaves initiated to ensure the employee has properly followed all procedures of the leave process. Review notifications sent by the Leave Administrator for accuracy and tracking purposes. Collaborate with the managers and HRBPs to ensure leaves are accurately reported in the HCM and timekeeping system. Continuously monitor and ensure compliance with various state leave laws and programs. Partner with the HRBPs and supervisors on the interactive process and return-to-work process. Monitor employee leave durations and identifying potential issues. Collaborate with the Health and Safety team to coordinate leave status for Workers Compensation leaves. Performs other duties as required to accomplish the objectives of the position. JOB LOCATION Winchester, VA, United States POSITION TYPE Full-Time Onsite/Regular EXPERIENCE Required: Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Two years of professional experience related to coordinating and supporting leave programs. Experience working with HCM and timekeeping systems. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field. UKG experience. Bilingual in Spanish. BASE SALARY RANGE: $26.00-35.00 per hour The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also eligible for further compensation through an annual and/or sales bonus, in addition to the base salary.
