We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage railroad construction and maintenance projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with all safety regulations. Duties Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and implementing schedules Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site Communicate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders Ensure compliance with building codes, safety guidelines, and quality standards Review and interpret blueprints and project specifications Monitor and report on project progress Skills Strong knowledge of railroad construction and maintenance of tracks Proficiency in project scheduling Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately Experience in managing budgets and contracts Ability to work nights and weekends and scheduled shutdowns Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols If you have a passion for construction management and possess the required skills, we invite you to apply for this challenging yet rewarding position as a Construction Superintendent.
