What You'll Do POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and administering all human resource functions for the company, including onboarding, training, performance management, compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies, employee relations, planning and educating employees on company benefits, compensation, policy creation, conflict resolution, project management, and HRIS. Pay: This is an exempt/salary position. The pay range is $75,000-$120,000. Pay may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
