Responsibilities May provide technical direction, training and day-to-day supervision and coaching to project assigned Project Controls personnel. Provide timely and accurate performance analysis, forecasting and reporting to leadership. Job setup compliance and conforming the estimate oversight. Controlling and Monitoring Project Controls on multiple projects during various phases. Ensure budget management, change management, forecasting and progress updates are performed in accordance with procedures and good practice. Support Project Management and Project Controls Management with project reporting requirements. Assist/train project management in use of PM/Controls tools. Works independently on complex assignments. May require some travel to project sites. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Construction Engineering or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience. 6-8 years of related experience in project controls or cost scheduling and planning. Certification from Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACEi), Project Management Institute (PMI) or related industry institute preferred.
