Mission As Business Developer at Sweetch Energy, you will be responsible for developing utility scale osmotic power projects in our targeted areas, working closely with our strategic partners. Key Responsibilities Support and/or manage development of osmotic power projects (greenfield project) from project identification to “Ready to Build” stage, working closely with our local partners. Analyze and assess the pricing, model and contract terms of potential deal structures. Coordinate preparation of osmotic power projects design with engineering team. Support negotiation with landowners or industrial sites. Structure, originate and negotiate corporate and utility PPAs. Be the key point of contact for project stakeholders, including landowners and local/country officials. Maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Adhere to effective internal controls, including providing project development budgets, schedules, and other reports/presentations as required by management. Coordinate project development activities. Monitor the energy market in targeted areas, identify emerging trends, and seize opportunities for growth. Location Paris or Rennes Profil Required Qualifications Master's degree in Engineering or Business Management. 5 years’ experience in energy project development, with a deep understanding of energy pricing, market dynamics and regulations. Understanding of different structures of energy contracts, when they are applied and how they are negotiated. Proven track record of successful energy PPAs and/or other energy sales structures. Solid track record in structuring, negotiation and execution of deals with commercial approach. Project and process management skills with experience collaborating on simultaneous projects. Proficiency in Windows based business software applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Google Earth. Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. A collaborative and team-oriented mindset. Great interest in renewable energy. Ability to travel in France and abroad. Fluent in French/English. J-18808-Ljbffr
