Qualifications 5 years in the solar/EPC construction industry 2 years specifically working on pre-construction related activities Basic industry knowledge of technical aspects, such as design, performance modeling, and construction, of DG-scale solar power plants Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Technical Business, or a related discipline Responsibilities As an Early-Stage Senior PM, you will work with Owners, Engineers, Vendors, and internal departments to manage project pre-construction while leading client relationships Act as the point of contact for clients during the pre-construction phase, addressing concerns and providing regular project updates to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Proactively engage with clients to discuss contract terms, scope changes, and any potential modifications to project deliverables Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for additional services and deliver added value to enhance the overall project experience Oversee and guide the project management team in the execution of preconstruction activities, including schedule development, change management, budget tracking, and design kickoff and coordination Perform cash flow analysis while considering construction schedule, material deposits, early works, and general conditions Facilitate owner coordination efforts, and establish effective communication between stakeholders to ensure project objectives are aligned Review and negotiate contracts, including Owner Limited Notices to Proceed (LNTPs), ensuring terms and conditions are favorable and align with project goals Benefits Competitive salary based on experience 401k match Annual Bonus Career progression Company information At Consult Energy we're on a mission to become the go-to renewable energy recruitment partner.
