The department is responsible for all processes and operations in the Back Office Europe & US, Risk Management, New Products & Investment Support, and the Digitalization Office for supporting our Trading & Origination activities. The responsibility of the unit is to ensure accurate and high-quality results in all operational activities to support Statkraft’s growth ambitions. The mission of the Digitalization Office is to create value for Statkraft T&O by providing state-of-the-art digital solutions to MT (Trading), MO (Origination), MR (Operations & Risk) and MF (Finance), with a strategic and professional interface towards IT. Digital solutions include systems and solutions, but also data and data governance. In our Global Customer Platform team (MRDC), we are now looking for a colleague to take a role of Functional Architect for our CRM solution . The team is responsible for owning the solutions serving the customer business in the Continental and UK markets, as well as CRM solutions globally. The team currently consists of 12 colleagues and will be ramping up further to cover a larger scope of solutions going forward. The unit works in close partnership with the Trading & Origination, Operations & Risk and Finance department. In addition, it provides an essential strategic partnering bridge towards the IT department. We are looking for a Functional Architect who can drive continuous improvement of processes and tools in close collaboration with our internal stakeholders in Origination, Operations and Risk, internal IT and external vendors. The Functional Architect will have responsibilities including but not limited to the following: Work closely with the business to understand the business process and needs; design the solution concept and then implement changes and new features within agreed timescales. Work on CRM process and system implementations from concept to deployment, as solution designer and implementer. Work closely with the CRM Product Owner as part of the Development Team of the CRM system for our internal Customers. Develop and maintain detailed CRM system and process documentation. Work in agile environment and ad-hoc requests while providing first level support upon request. Minimum Requirements: Relevant university degree, preferable a master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration. Experience with Sales and Operations in Energy industry and Salesforce ecosystem. Strong process design, automation, and technical skills to enable lean and automated process solutions. Agile/scrum experience or certification preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Python and/or APEX programming experience preferred. Strong cross team collaboration with an ability to effectively influence decisions, direction, and outcomes. Demonstrable achievement within a results-driven, highly ambiguous and dynamic environment. Strong communication skills in English and German (at least at B2 level), both written and spoken.
