Activities The Talent Developer plays a strategic role in supporting employee development and helping employees find their fulfillment & supporting managers in the coaching and development of their teams. Employee Development Support: Set and guide employee development goals using resources like evaluations, training, and coaching. Conduct individual career reviews and define career development objectives. Assist at key job change stages (e.g., job postings, resume building, interview coaching). Mobility Process Management: Implement group and local HR strategies and campaigns. Ensure appropriate staffing and compliance with company policies. Coordinate mobility activities, including job postings and candidate selection, for positions. Support for Manager-Coaches: Participate in people reviews and develop talent pools. Assist managers in creating individual training plans and ensure employee skills meet organizational needs. Support managers with organizational and interpersonal needs. Aid the Sr. Talent Developer in implementing campaigns. Candidate Profile Minimum 6 years’ experience in an HR or operational role in the renewable energy industry such as solar or wind, ideally in a learning & development role. Ability to work independently while simultaneously having a team spirit orientation. Possess a big picture perspective, and the drive and interest in accompanying and developing teams and managers. Strong interpersonal skills and be proficient at developing relationships and inspiring confidence from managers and employees.
