About this Role The Sr. Human Resources Business Partner administers human resources policies and procedures that pertain to employee relations. Researches and analyzes data pertaining to human resources. Helps develop and implement programs aimed at increasing employee satisfaction. Identifies and analyzes complex employee relations issues and possible resolutions. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to employees and managers on a wide range of HR-related topics. Investigate and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and unbiased manner, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee misconduct allegations, harassment claims, and workplace conflicts, maintaining strict confidentiality throughout the process. Advise and coach managers on employee performance management, disciplinary actions, and corrective measures, ensuring consistency and adherence to company policies. Develop and implement employee relations programs and initiatives aimed at promoting a positive work environment, employee engagement, and open communication. Stay up to date with changes in employment laws and regulations, proactively assess the impact on company policies and practices, and recommend necessary updates or revisions. Collaborate with HR team members and key stakeholders to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement in employee relations, and develop strategies to address them. Assist in the development and delivery of employee training programs on HR policies, procedures, and compliance-related topics. Maintain accurate and detailed records of employee relations cases, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping in compliance with legal requirements. Participate in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to employee relations, ensuring alignment with company values, culture, and legal standards. Other duties as assigned. What You'll Bring Knowledge of best practices in employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures. Experience conducting investigations and handling employee complaints and grievances. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficient in using HR information systems (HRIS) and other relevant software applications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in HR will be an advantage. Proven experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or a similar role, with a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
