Job Description Conti LLC Traffic Division seeks Foundations Project Manager: Job responsibilities: Review foundation operations schedule across all CONTI projects Manage day-to-day operational aspects of foundation operations Ensure crews adhere to CONTI safety and quality standards Review construction contract documents to ensure constructability and accuracy Prepare project-based construction summaries to ensure crews have required specs and plans Participate in all related progress meetings and DSIP meetings with FDOT Work with crew’s foremen to ensure access, locates, concrete, slurry, water, equipment, and materials are available for scheduled activities Review baseline construction budgets with man-hours and equipment with the support of field supervision, estimating, and executives Coordinate steel cage deliveries Prepare and negotiate small change order requests Prepare and negotiate claims with Prime or Client Prepare RFIs, if necessary Initiate and manage EARs, if necessary Monitor and track productivity utilizing company tools Maintain foundation group tooling inventory Participate in internal scheduling meetings Order and release materials as necessary Applicant knowledge: Have experience in DOT projects Be familiar with FDOT Specification Sections 346 and 455 This is a full-time position and is eligible for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and company 401K plan.
