The Analyst, Business Operations Transformation will work under the guidance of the Senior Manager of Business Operations Transformation and the Senior Director of Continuous Improvement. The Analyst will support the team of business operations specialists to enable the ongoing enhancement of AES Global Renewables. This role will focus on supporting the enhancement of people development, processes, technology, systems, and procedures (collectively, 'ways of working'). These enhancements will align with the Global Renewables Scale to Grow (GRS2G) program objectives. Main Responsibilities: Support in identifying, planning, and communicating areas for improvement. Support in designing and facilitating workstreams. Support in driving continuous improvement feedback loops. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent. 2 years of direct experience in organizational change/process management and/or business consulting preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Training or accreditation in Lean Six Sigma and/or Agile Methodologies is a plus.
