Our Commodity Energy Trading practice is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to Senior Manager to join the team. As a member of our team, you will help shape and drive a breath of exciting transformational work in our Energy and Resources Sector. Our approach is to bring together our deep expertise in Leadership and Culture Change, Organizational Design, Operating Model definition, Agile, Operational Excellence / Lean and Technology to design a solution that meets specific client's need in the Energy space.

What you will be doing - You will be helping organizations set their vision for transformation, expected outcomes and define their organizational wide problem statements to help set the strategic direction
- You will support our clients to redesign their operating model so that the organization is structured to deliver end to end value for the customer
- You will be designing and delivering complex transformations, aimed at helping our clients become more agile and adaptable, both in the technology-focused areas and in the wider business
- You will be supporting clients to be more efficient through Lean ways of working and process optimization
- You will be working alongside our client leaders to help them embed new cultures and ways of working across their organizations, both among the leadership and their people
- You will be developing and delivering strategies to help our clients scale new ways of working across their organizations, in a manner that ensures new ways of working are sustained
- You will be leaving behind a lasting capability in the client - at Baringa we believe that the client should learn from us so that they can repeat the successes themselves, and we take this very seriously
Your skills and experienceOur Manager role requires 6+ years relevant experience (Senior Manager 8+ years) in a consulting or industry role, with experience in transformation initiatives.
