DescriptionUnder direction of the pool manager, to provide admission to the pool through receiving cash admissions and/or checking season ticket. In addition, the cashier sells season tickets to patrons and checks in group rentals. To accurately balance cash register against the days business. The cashier is a public relation position and must provide helpful, courteous service to the public. $15.50 - $16.00/hour.

To complete all cash transactions on a cash register. To keep an accurate count of people entering the pool. To know all pool information: hours, dates, prices, restrictions, ages, refunds. etc. To balance the cash register at the end of the shift. To complete all paperwork and bank deposit forms accurately and submit them to the manager.

To be friendly, helpful, cheerful to the public and other staff.
Typical QualificationsKnowledge of cash register operation, balancing cash register, filling out reports.
Experience in working with money.
Minimum age 16.

fingers).
Extent of Supervision or Guidance Provided: Will have training session. Must be able to work independently. Supervised by Pool Manager.
Responsibility for Public Contact: Heavy public contact with citizens in the community.

The Crystal Cove Aquatic Center is open 7 days per week, so staff will have weekday and weekend shifts. Are you available to work weekend shifts?
