SENIOR ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENTIST (SPECIALIST)/(LIMITED TERM) - BOATING AND WATERWAYS DIVISION / AQUATIC INVASIVE SPECIES BRANCH/ SACRAMENTO
The reporting location for this position is AQUATIC INVASIVE SPECIES BRANCH in Sacramento, CA. This position will work under the direction of ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAM MANAGER.

If you are, look no further than the Division of Boating and Waterways (DBW). As part of the California Natural Resources Agency and the Department of Parks and Recreation, DBW is a self-funded division dedicated to bringing together a body of knowledge as the state's expert in recreational boating-related matters, including public access, safety and education, marine law enforcement, and consumer and environmental protection. DBW's Aquatic Invasive Plant Control Program (AIPCP) strives to ensure that invasive aquatic plants in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta are managed to reduce the threat to economy, public health, and economy. Training and Development Assignments may be considered.
