Title: Environmental Account Manager

Location: Dunkirk, NY

Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000 plus commission

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a self-driven Sales Account Manager who excels at cultivating new business opportunities while managing existing client relationships. This individual will be responsible for generating sales within the region, with a primary focus on acquiring new accounts, developing leads, and expanding business with underutilized accounts. Collaborating closely with various departments, the Account Manager will deliver valuable insights to clients across key lines of business, ensuring exceptional service and growth opportunities.

What You Will Do

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Proactively generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Maintain and nurture relationships with current clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing tailored solutions and addressing inquiries.
Successfully propose, negotiate, and close profitable revenue opportunities at existing and new account locations by leveraging strong relationships with senior environmental and operations executives.
Partner with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and customer support to deliver seamless service.
Present and explain NOCO Environnmental's services, highlighting benefits and aligning them with client needs.
Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and performance metrics using CRM software.

What You Will Need

Bachelor's Degree preferred with a preference toward those in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields
Track record of developing and executing sales strategy; target customer selection, sales processes, account development and multi tiered relationship building
Experience in B2B markets
Ability to influence and cultivate strong internal relationships and develop sales support resources
Experience in complex selling and commercial sales processes
At least 5-7+ years in sales and/or sales management for a large distributed, service-focused sales organization
Proficient in oral and written communications
Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Self-starter and autonomous goal achiever that can also works well in a team
Communicate complex concepts in a compelling, concise, and creative way
