We are in need of Substation Electrical Laborers to help build our solar farm in Kansas.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Assist apprentices and journeymen with various tasks
Running conduit, ring grounding, control and power terminations
Pulling cables, installing aluminum bus and jumper, erecting structural steel and equipment
Perform physically demanding tasks, such as digging trenches to lay conduit

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

High School diploma or GED equivalent; or equivalent combinations of training and experience
Licensed in the state of New Mexico or reciprocated state preferred
The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol screen
Willingness to travel and relocate to the job site (100% travel)
