R3 Roofing & Exteriors has expanded into the solar industry, and we are seeking an experienced
Crew Lead to oversee solar installation crews with the potential to transition into a
Project Manager role for the right candidate. If you have a strong background in solar installation leadership, crew training, and project coordination, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:- Train, supervise, and lead solar installation crews to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Assist in building Bills of Materials (BOMs) for solar projects.
- Serve as a key point of contact, facilitating communication between management, sales, engineering, material vendors, utility companies, AHJs, electricians, and inspectors.
- Ensure accurate and timely material delivery to job sites.
- Manage crew and customer schedules to expedite project completion in a responsible and efficient manner.
- Enforce safe work practices and adherence to industry regulations.
- Maintain a commitment to continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and project outcomes.
- Utilize CRM and workflow software to track project progress and documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:- Proven experience as a successful Crew Lead in solar installation.
- Strong ability to train, manage, and develop solar installation crews.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple project components effectively.
- Familiarity with solar installation processes, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in using CRM and workflow management software.
- Willingness to take on increased responsibilities with the potential to transition into a Project Manager role.
