Location New York, New York Shift: Day (United States of America) Description: Program Manager - Energy Management - NYP/Weill Cornell The Program Manager for Energy Management will manage, coordinate and develop essential energy efficiency projects, energy reduction strategies and cost saving opportunities across the organization. Manage a designated portion of the energy conservation capital allocation ($1 million) as well as the rebate recovery account. Propose and implement energy conservation programs that involve all employees and departments. Manage NYSERDA submissions and programs. Manage projects approved for implementation. Partner with various key stakeholders of NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital to strategize and implement ways to integrate energy efficiency into the business, and into the goals and objectives of the organization. Propose and justify energy conservation projects and develop financial paybacks. Manage incentives, rebates and tracking the energy and cost savings incurred. Identify applicable incentive and rebate programs and prepare and submit applications for incentives and track status.Manage the design, funding construction and closeout of these projects. Research available energy grants and other funding opportunities. Support Facilities Operations in managing energy efficiency projects. Work with Facilities Operations management to develop a Master Energy Plan for the enterprise. Support Energy Purchasing Committee in the procurement of energy contracts. This is a full time position located at NewYork-Presbyterian / Weill Cornell Medical Center.
