Overview: The HubSpot Administrator & Revenue Operations Sr. Associatewilllead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of CRM business processes directly impacting the day-to-day financial and operational health of the company. This position will be relied upon to not only improve existing processes but also deploy new business processes that will improve KPIs and drive growth. The position will own all things HubSpot and work closely with cross functional teams to continuously improve our CRM, website, data analytics, and integration between other software platforms. This role will be responsible for data integrity and analysis related for end-to-end revenue processes, from lead generation, customer onboarding and management to revenue recognition. Key Responsibilities: You will know everything there is to know about HubSpot configuration and technical/functional capabilities. Act as the account manager, responsible for all new user setups and deactivation, including data transfers for deactivated users. Implement Sales, Marketing, and Service Processes into the HubSpot CRM including maintaining data integrity and optimal system performance across the Sales Hub, Service Hub, Marketing Hub, and Operations Hub. Maintain updated system documentation and HubSpot policies/procedures. Help to support the day-to-day running of the business within HubSpot, which includes interacting with business users and technology partners, in support of the HubSpot CRM environment. Administer and configure HubSpot to meet business requirements, including custom objects, properties, workflows, and process automation. Administer HubSpot configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports. Work across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Management teams to unify data across the organization (Zuora Invoicing, Alteryx, Smartsheet, MS Teams) Support Marketing's use of HubSpot, including assisting with mailing lists as needed and helping Marketing automate processes related to campaigns. Manage data imports and exports, including data cleansing, deduplication, and data migration efforts. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Work to create a HubSpot platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders. Ensure that adequate unit testing and analysis are performed and documented prior to implementation to ensure all areas are functioning appropriately and meet user objectives. Develop a thorough understanding of business needs by fostering relationships across business units. Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and applications; develop strategies for improving or further leveraging them. Stay up to date with HubSpot releases and features and implement best practices. Create detailed training sessions and workshops for staff. Programmable emails. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Revenue Operations with HubSpot engineering or administration responsibilities. HubSpot Administrator certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or other relevant certifications) preferred. BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Proficiency in data analytics and coding. Proficiency in implementing and connecting APIs for HubSpot, Zuora, Formstack, and other platforms to enable seamless data flow and integration across systems. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Excel. Familiarity with SQL or other data manipulation languages is a plus. Experience working with sensitive and personally identifiable information. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and align business processes to organizational objectives. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage project timelines and ability to ask for reconsideration of priorities when needed. Strong demonstrated ability to prioritize, a commitment to tight deadlines, and the ability to multi-task. Ability to adapt to a changing environment, including personal flexibility in day-to-day work. Ability to work independently and in a team. Confident and articulate oral communicator and negotiator with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to easily connect with all types of people.
