DEPARTMENT: Human Resources LOCATION: Boise, ID or Houston, TX REPORTS TO: Director, Human Resources CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time HR Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the HR department with day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and providing support in recruitment, onboarding, and other HR-related processes. This role is perfect for someone looking to balance work with other commitments while gaining valuable experience in human resources. What You'll Do Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications. Maintain and update employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave management. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with paperwork. Assist with payroll processing by preparing and organizing timesheets and other related documents. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Support the HR team in organizing employee training, development programs, and company events. Assist with maintaining compliance by ensuring employee documents are up to date and aligned with legal and company standards. Generate HR reports and assist with data entry in HR systems. Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and managing HR-related correspondence. What You'll Bring Administration, or related field preferred. 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably within HR. Familiarity with HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
