ArcelorMittal North America is seeking a Commercial Analyst, Product Marketing. Responsibilities Manage monthly Sales Plan development through the MRF process by monitoring mill capacity, order intake, and customer booking targets. Identify gaps between Sales Plan and mill capacity to balance contracts and assign spot product. Support the move to real-time Sales Plan monitoring/updating. Assist directors in managing the contract quote process. Maintain contract forms, contract logs, and performance to contract targets. Prepare contract profitability analysis using Power BI and provide recommendations for improvements to Product Directors and Sales. Assist account sales with account plans and customer briefs. Respond to Non-contract inquiries by determining capability, capacity, and pricing. Provide pricing guidance to align within parameters provided by Sales Leadership. Maintain and create quotes in CPQ. Create ad hoc CPQ reports. Support price book activities and resolve pricing discrepancies in a timely manner. Manage the rebate process. Monitor qualifications and develop payment documentation. Additional Responsibilities Support marketing process improvement, cross-functional projects, and commercial strategic projects at the direction of the Product Director. Assist Director in preparation of slide decks for commercial review and various other internal meetings. Represent the Product team at weekly meetings to discuss and review commercial activity. Provide backup coverage for the sales team. 3-5 years of business experience required, with a focus on marketing analysis and/or sales, Bachelor's Degree. High functioning analytical skills, experience with MS Office specifically Excel and Power BI. Strong Excel skills (Level 2 minimum) with experience in pivot tables, data extraction, and using functions and formulas. Proven ability to make decisions considering all relevant information and resources in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment. Good oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment across multiple functions. Preferred Requirements Experience in the Steel Industry. SAP competence. Understanding of customer needs and negotiation process is critical to success in this role.
