We are looking for a Reliability Engineer to help us investigate and problem-solve plant reliability issues. As a Trex Reliability Engineer, you will be looked to as an innovator in the manufacturing process and expected to support the maintenance team in the training, planning, and scheduling of maintenance activities to drive improved sustainable plant reliability. RESPONSIBILITIES Put safety first - Always Lead and foster our "people first" culture Provide engineering leadership and expertise by developing, implementing, and improving maintenance and operation troubleshooting capabilities. Develop and implement engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations utilizing data analysis and sound structured problem-solving. Effective utilization of technology and mediums (video, visual, written, etc.) to enhance troubleshooting at the operator and technician's point of use. Identify and set priorities on opportunities for reliability improvement by mining information using manufacturing databases. Statistically analyze data to assess the reliability, maintainability, and availability of manufacturing assets. Work with operations and maintenance teams to perform analysis of assets including asset utilization, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), remaining useful life, reliability, and costs of assets. Provide technical support to production and maintenance personnel. Work with project leaders to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations. The Reliability Engineer is responsible for adhering to the Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) process throughout the entire life cycle of new assets. Participate with project teams, operational excellence engineers, and project leaders in the development of design and installation specifications along with commissioning plans. Participate in the development of criteria for and evaluation of equipment and technical MRO suppliers and technical maintenance service providers. Develop acceptance tests and inspection criteria. Participate in the final checkout of new installations. This includes factory and site acceptance testing that will assure adherence to functional specifications. Support facility maintenance and engineering budgets, capital budget process, and productivity project process. JOB LOCATION Winchester, Virginia, United States (On-site) POSITION TYPE Full-Time/Regular EXPERIENCE We are looking for leaders with 3 or more years of diverse experience in a manufacturing engineering and/or maintenance environment. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field is strongly preferred. We want to hear from you if you have previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer. SALARY Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000 annually. The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply.
